I’m dreaming of last Sunday in Barcelona…
…when we had another fantastic paella cooked by Blai’s father. Rabbit, chicken, artichokes, white beans, green beans, and peas featured in this rice dish from Valencia and the rice itself was just tender, with a bit of a bite, and so tasty. However, the inevitable downside to all this holiday eating is, of course, the resulting weight gain.

Les: I think there’s some ok paella at the restaurants in Spain…. so go go go! If you’re careful with money, it can go far!
Ginger: Yeah! But it’s also very nice for winter…it’s very comforting.
travelrat: Gasp! You didn’t! 😀 On the other hand, Catalunya is known for its version of cannelloni!
Pigpigscorner: Yay! Another fan of Spain! Everytime I’m there, I wonder why I don’t visit more often!
