I just had to share this delectable paella that Blai cooked last Sunday. It’s almost a true paella Valenciana – only we didn’t have snails. And we used chicken, not rabbit, but that’s OK I think!
I ate so much; it was just too gorgeous. This was the first of many servings.
And now, I’ll be back in a week’s time – I’m crossing the Atlantic for both work and play!
